Meet Our Presenters
Ted Cross
Dr. Ted Cross is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs in the College of Business at Western Governors University.
Previously, Cross was a clinical assistant professor of leadership and management, as well as the director of online programs at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Before joining ASU, Ted worked in a variety of faculty and leadership positions at Grand Canyon University. Cross holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, an M.A. from Arizona State University, an M.S.Ed from The University of Pennsylvania, a doctorate from Pepperdine University, and a post-graduate certificate from The Wharton School of Business.
Casey Clark
Casey Clark is the Director of Graduate Business Programs at Western Governors University.
Before his time in higher education, he spent over a decade in corporate finance and banking and founded a financial counseling business. He is a two-time WGU alumnus holding a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in education and recently finished a leadership and management certificate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Sunil Ramlall
Dr. Sunil Ramlall is an Academic Program Chair of in the College of Business at Western Governors University.
Previously, Dr. Ramlall was an Associate Professor of Management at Cardinal Stritch University and an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Dr. Ramlall holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an M.Ed. and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He has 36 scholarly journal articles and frequently presents at academic conferences including Academy of Management, Midwest Academy of Management, and Academy of Human Resource Development.
Michelle Love
Michelle Love is an Academic Program Chair in the College of Business at Western Governors University.
A creative thinker and innovator with a background in marketing, entrepreneurship, education, and the arts, her unique perspective helps drive the vision of the college’s graduate credentials. She has a particular passion for the transformative potential of business and the role business education plays in developing stakeholder-oriented leaders and change-makers. Michelle joined WGU in 2018 and led both the undergraduate and graduate business course faculty prior to her role as a program chair. She has held several leadership positions in higher education over the last 10 years and has extensive teaching experience with a variety of student populations and modalities. Michelle holds an MBA from City University of Seattle and a BFA from Washington State University.
Tricia Polley-Culberth
Tricia Polley-Culberth is a Senior Manager of Program Faculty serving graduate business programs at Western Governors University.
Before joining WGU, she enjoyed a 20-year career in college store management. Tricia received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri, and holds two Master’s degrees from WGU, an MBA in IT Management and a Master of Education in Instructional Design.
