In fact, it’s given us the wings to span the country and open WGU regional hubs in nine states so that we can more effectively help every WGU student succeed. It’s all part of our innovative, personalized approach to 21st-century higher ed.

If you join WGU, your work location will be determined by your role. In addition to our headquarters office in Salt Lake City, we have office locations in Phoenix and Austin and some smaller satellite locations. Senior leadership, administrative functions, and technology teams are typically assigned to work in one of our office locations.

Our online, competency-based learning model makes it possible for most of our faculty and student support teams to work from home, and there are WGU employees in nearly every state.
