One of the best ways for any organization to gauge and improve customer satisfaction is to gather relevant data from those it serves. For WGU Indiana, the statewide Gallup-Purdue Index provides valuable information from an independent and reliable source, Gallup Inc. The survey includes input from college and university alumni from twelve schools across Indiana, including WGU Indiana. The state’s online university performed well above the national average for traditional and nontraditional students in key areas, including alumni attachment, work fulfillment and workplace engagement.

of WGU Indiana alumni are satisfied or extremely satisfied with the education they received.

of alumni feel that WGU was the perfect school for them, compared to 34 percent of college graduates nationally.

Of those who are currently employed, 78% agreed or strongly agreed that they were deeply interested in their work.

of alumni agreed or strongly agreed that their education was worth the cost.
