KANSAS CITY – WGU Missouri is pleased to announce that Jennifer Lambert has been appointed to the WGU Missouri Advisory Board. As a private, nonprofit institution established by the state of Missouri, WGU Missouri works in partnership with its parent institution, Western Governors University, and under the guidance of the state advisory board. The Advisory Board is comprised of 12 individuals who work or reside in Missouri and provide counsel on the most effective ways the university can meet its core mission of economic development in the state.
Lambert is an IT expert who has served with Cerner Corporation for nearly a decade. The company develops and supplies health information technology solutions, services, devices and hardware, connecting people and systems at more than 27,500 provider facilities worldwide. Lambert has served as Cerner’s Vice President of Population Health Operations for four years, helping fulfill the company’s mission of relentlessly seeking breakthrough innovation that will help shape the health care of tomorrow. Before being promoted to her current position with Cerner, Lambert has served as both Director and Senior Director of Population Health Operations.

Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science in computer software engineering from the University of Iowa. She has lives in Olathe with her husband and two children.
